Across the street from the house is the Trestle bridge which will take you to the famous Beach Boardwalk and to the best beaches in the city; Seabright Beach and Main Beach. Enjoy free summer concerts, fireworks and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. All from your front patio or oceanview deck.

The beginning of the River Bike Paths and the walkway to the Trestle Bridge is just steps from your front door.

Ride the 85 year-old wooden roller coaster “The Big Dipper” and get a souvenir photo of you (screaming, of course).

The Exterior

This contemporary luxury vacation home is newly remodeled with a lot of style, top-notch amenities, and unique artistic details. The house is 2400 sf with a 1000 sf deck. Glass railings insure you don’t miss the ocean view. The huge bi-fold doors at the front of the house, allow you to let the seabreezes in. The front patio is a great place to watch the sunset over the river.

The Deck

Enjoy beautiful afternoons on the 1000 square foot ocean view deck watching the sunset (drink in hand, of ourse).The deck is equipped with a large dining table with 6 chairs and a small table with 2 chairs. You’ll also enjoy lounging around on the double chaise lounge and two single chaises.

Three patio umbrellas will keep you out of the sun when you’re not working on your tan.

The Living Area

Sink into two down sofas and put your feet up (it’s ok). Open up the 10 foot bi-fold door and enjoy the fresh air and sea breezes. In the winter months, enjoy the cozy gas fireplace.
