Oceanfront Oasis — Photos

Wonderful oceanfront location on Santa Cruz’s most picturesque street, West Cliff Drive. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from almost every room in the house or sit out on the 2000 sf wrap-around oceanfront patio. Just a short stroll takes you to Natural Bridges State Park where you can admire the magnificent ocean-made sand castles, explore the tide pools, hike or visit the home of millions of Monarch butterflies.

This stylish vacation home is newly remodeled and beautifully furnished with a tropical flair and new Bamboo floors. It features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large game room, a private ocean view rooftop deck and an ocean view hot tub. We can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably. The house is also available for weddings and parties for up to 50 people for an additional fee.

Right in front of the house you can walk down to the tide pools (to the left) or watch the surfers navigate the waves at “The Point” (to the right). We are located right in front of “Dolphin’s View” cove, named that because the dolphins come to play in the unique surf here. Along W Cliff Drive, you will find a series of coves, which you can walk down to (thanks to the paths made over many years by the local surfers).  

Just in case all that seems like too much work, you can lounge on the private rooftop deck or just sit on the oceanfront patio and watch the surfers, joggers, beach cruisers, and lots of interesting folks (it is Santa Cruz), go by. Catch the sunset from the hot tub, Pina Colada in hand, of course!

In the evening, play a game of pool or darts, watch a movie on the 32” HDTV with DVD player and enjoy fresh popped popcorn from the popcorn maker. This vacation renal offers something for everyone!

The Beach House

You’ll enjoy ocean views from almost every room. Completely remodeled in 2010, the house features 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and a game room. It’s perfect for multi-family vacations and sleeps 14 comfortably. The large 2000 SF wrap-around Oceanfront patio is great for entertaining, hanging out, people watching and taking in the spectacular 180 degree ocean view. Play a game of pool or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Just another day in paradise.

Oceanfront Living Room

Open the french doors and enjoy the ocean breezes from your Living Room. You can watch the surfers riding a wave, cyclists cruising by, and listen to the sound of the surf from a comfy down-filled sofa. You’ll also find a TV with DVD and VHS, a movie library, games, a wood-burning fireplace and plenty of places to put your feet up and relax.

Ocean View Kitchen and Dining Room

You will love this newly remodeled kitchen with professional stainless appliances; oversized frig, large gas range with grill, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, trash compactor and wine frig. Comfy upholstered counter seating encourages everyone to hang out. The kitchen is very well-stocked with Calaphan cookware, new white dishware and every other gadget you can imagine. You have full ocean views from the dining room (not pictured yet) and the 72” round dining table seats 12 comfortably.

Upstairs Oceanfront “Family Suite”

Perfect for families with young kids and there is plenty of room for a crib. This large Suite has a King Bed (sleeps 2) and a Day Bed(sleeps 2). The Suite has a newly remodeled private bath with tub/shower, a desk w/chair, a walk-in closet and a private rooftop Lanai for sunbathing. At night, leave the french doors open and fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach.

Enjoy stylish furnishings, comfy beds, luxury linens and warm towels when you get out of the bath.

“Bunk Room”

Perfect for teens and kids (sleeps 6). Stylish “Land of Nod” denim bedding, TV area with rug and bean bag stools, Flat-Screen TV with DVD, Teen/Kids movie and book library. Private bath with double sinks and large shower.

A great place to hang out and enjoy a game of pool or darts. You’ll find a sofa bed and 32” HDTV Flat-Screen
TV with DVD player and a game table. Catch a movie and make real movie theater popcorn with the popcorn machine.
On a private patio out the french doors you’ll find a hot tub and a large gas BBQ with an extra burner.
A large capacity washer and dryer is standing by for all those wet towels.
